Meeting Gorbachev (2018)

German film director Werner Hergotz performed the role of interviewer and for six months he met with Mikhail Gorbachev three times, talking with an 87-year-old politician on various topics.  Herzog tried to find out why Gorbachev was blamed for the collapse of the USSR, what conclusions did Sergey Sergeevich draw from the results of the Cold War and how he relates to the current world agenda.  The film director received honest answers to his critical questions, since Gorbachev has nothing more to lose.
