During an incredibly high level of unemployment and a significantly increased number of acts of violence in America, a new political party came to power, which approved a very unusual experiment. Its essence was to ensure that in Staten Island for 12 hours it was possible to commit any crimes. Anyone could voluntarily leave the island, but if they made the decision to stay, they promised to pay 5 thousand dollars guaranteed. At nightfall, many of the people who remained on the island had a party, some began to look for old enemies, while the government decided to independently provoke people into conflict.
