They Remain (2018)

A private company hires two scientists, a man and a woman, to explore a certain locality. A few years ago there was a ritual suicide of members of a cult, and now there are reports of strange animal behavior. Kate arranges the cameras in the forest and collects and watches video from them every day, and Jessica studies the soil samples. Nothing much is happening, but Kate notices some oddities.
