The Last Black Man in San Francisco (2019)

Jimmy lives in San Francisco and is obsessed with the idea of regaining an elegant Victorian mansion, which, according to a family legend, once built with his own hands his grandfather.  Now an old white couple lives in the mansion.  When they are not at home, Jimmy calls on to paint the window frames or water the flowers.  The owners, of course, unhappy.
