The Public (2018)

The film takes place in the city of Cincinnati, where, with the onset of cold weather, the local public library turns into a homeless shelter.  Those who have nowhere to go to spend the night on a frosty night are always welcome in the public library, whose employees have come to terms with their second duty - social workers, to homeless people, wanderers and other marginal people.  But not all the locals are happy with this turn of events.  A scandal flares up around the public library.  The Public is a social drama by Emilio Esteveza about the public library in Cincinnati, which became the last refuge for the homeless.
