Diane (2018)

Biographical melodrama.  A few years after parting with Prince Charles, Lady Diana almost forgets about her personal life and devotes herself to social activities.  Her schedule is filled to the limit, meetings and events go on an endless sequence, until, while visiting one of London hospitals, she accidentally meets a 36-year-old heart surgeon.  So begins the novel, which became, according to the testimony of many friends of Diana, "the love of her life."  Official audiences in Kensington Palace and secret dates in nightclubs, the joy of short meetings and the pain of parting, the desire to always be together and the desire to avoid publicity.  The film "Diana: A Love Story" was made from the book of the same name by Kate Snell.
