America, the 20s. A young Italian immigrant, Vicenzo Jibaldi, goes to the boxing ring in the absence of work, but the Irish are more popular among the public and the guy gets the nickname Jack McGern. With a new name, the boxer not only manages to achieve relative success but attracts the attention of the Chicago mafia - Al Capone himself proposes Jack to become his bodyguard. McGurn initially refuses, but after members of the Bags Moran group murdered his father, he not only adhered to gangsters but turned into one of the most brutal murderers in the Capone group. Moved by a thirst for revenge, Jack approaches Moran, but for rival gang rival, McGurn becomes a sworn enemy.
